    There is not always just one right answer to a challenge. The same principle applies when it comes to parenting. To help you find the answers you are most comfortable with, I have recommended a variety of books that I feel are very important to parents. They can serve as starting points, or reference materials - definitely check them out!

    Take Time for Your Life Take Time for Your Life – Cheryl Richardson:

    An inspiring book which provides exercises, checklists, and step-by-step instructions to guide you through a process to become more in control of your life, and begin living a life that you love.

    Take Time for Your Life Energy Leadership – Bruce D Schneider:

    Written as a tale of a business owner struggling to turn around his failing company, this is an enjoyable read with lessons about using energy and personal power to inspire peak performance. Great for all kinds of leaders, including parents and teachers.

    Take Time for Your Life How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk – Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish:

    Considered a “parenting bible” by many, How to Talk provides new perspectives and is full of practical and innovative ways to enhance your relationships with your children. It is fun to read and full of many examples that we all can relate to.

    Take Time for Your Life The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment - Eckhart Tolle:

    An insightful book that will really have you looking at your life much differently.

    Take Time for Your Life Strengths Finder 2.0 - Tom Rath:

    So much of coaching is about uncovering your talents and gifts and bringing them to light. This book includes the new and upgraded Strengths Finder assessment to help you get started by identifying your strengths and providing strategies for applying these strengths in your everyday life. A great book to use on your own, or with your coach!
